Love InC Project needs you!
The we would LOVE to hear from you!!
The Love InC Project
Love InC is a 3-year partnership project between Aberlour, Includem, The Care Inspectorate and Celcis. We want to talk to and work with care experienced young people, to gather their views about their experiences of, and feelings about, Love. We also want to use what we learn about love and relationships in all different types of care settings to help the adults who work with these children and young people to do it in the most loving way possible.
Right now, there is a big focus on Love in the Care System in Scotland. And that’s because people are understanding more and more that without feeling loved, no child will be able to have a happy and positive life.
There are lots of people, groups and organisations looking at what happens currently, what works and what doesn’t, and thinking about ways to make the changes that the children, young people and adults who have care experience tell us is needed, to create a better, happier, and more loving environment for all children and young people to grow up in.
The Love InC Project is an important voice in that conversation.
We work with children and young people; asking their opinions and exploring their views about love in creative ways, and we work with adults who provide care and support for these children.
We are using what we find out:
